Q: Are you really open 24 hours?
A: Yes, our members receive a swipe card that allows them access to our Studio at any hour of the day, 365 days a year.
Q: Are you staffed those hours?
A: No, currently we are staffed from Mon - Fri 12pm-8pm. and Sat 10am-4pm. Staffed hours means we are open to non-members for tours, memberships and supplement sales.
Q: Does someone help me when I join?
A: Yes, every new member receives two personal training sessions with one of our Certified Trainers to develop a customized exercise program. After those sessions are completed, all members are encouraged to visit during staffed hours for more help & support.
Q: What if I need help after my first two sessions? Do you offer personal training?
A:. For ongoing personal coaching, our Certified Personal Trainers offer exercise packages to meet your goals. If you have struggled in sticking to your routine in the past, having the extra accountability of a trainer has shown a much greater success rate. Q: I've never been to a gym before and I'm a bit scared and intimidated?
A: Stretch Fitness Studio is not a place for elite athletes, bodybuilders or heavy lifting. 80% of our members are new to exercise! We are a comfortable community for mature men and women over the age of 21. We make sure you have a customized exercise program using the latest research so you have a plan when you come through our doors. You are greeted with a smile and we encourage a social, supportive atmosphere!
Q: I have a son or daughter that would like to exercise at Stretch, what is your policy? Can they come with me?
A: All members must be 21 years of age to enter our gym floor area. However, our group fitness classes are open to ages 16 and up. See our full schedule under the button “CLASSES” at the top of this website!
Q: What are your rates?
A: Our one year membership is $35.00 per month. Our Couples rate is $63.00 per month. We also offer Corporate Memberships for businesses and groups. Please contact us at 724-3550 to discuss.
Q: What does your membership include?
A: Our one year members receive: Two personal training sessions, 24 hour access to the facility, Free access to all our group fitness classes, Ongoing help, support & encouragement from our staff and the other members. We also allow our 1 year members to freeze their memberships at any time for any reason. Please contact us at 724-3550 for details.
Q: How do I pay? Do I have to pay it all up front?
A: No, we offer very affordable payment plans.

b. Pay in person during our staffed hours
Q: I want to try you out first, do you have day passes?
A: Yes, Our day pass is $5 and includes all access to the facility and classes.
Q: Do you have showers & change rooms in your new facility on Central St.?

Q: I drive by your facility and the parking lot looks incredibly busy, are you overcrowded?
A: No, we have doubled our parking spaces since we first opened, and much of the crowd of cars you see is arriving or leaving one of our fitness classes. Our exercise rooms are spacious and well designed to handle a crowd. Stop in to see!
Q. My goal is weight loss, how can you help me?
A: We certainly can. Our Certified Trainers specialize in the formulation of exercise programs using advanced fat loss techniques. All you need is 3-4 days per week for 45 minutes.
Q: Do you do measurements and weigh-ins?
A: Yes! We want to see you make progress and take great pride in helping you. Monthly measurements give our trainers the feedback they need to update your program based on your results. 90% of our members join Stretch Fitness for weight loss, toning and general health and they have had great success!
Q: Can you help me with diet and nutrition?
A: No, I'm sorry we let the experts like www.simplyforlife.ca help you with your eating...we concentrate on exercise.
Q: I would like to switch my membership from another fitness facility to Stretch.
A: We will honor up to 3 months of your leftover time when you purchase a one year membership. (Purchase 12 months, get 15 months) Please stop by for details or contact us at 724-3550.
