It's my "Happy" place. I feel 100% comfortable attending this gym, it's a great atmosphere.

I enjoy feeling more confident in myself and reconnecting with something I enjoy doing, it really makes you feel content with your achievements in what you can do.

I've gained my life back and realized how important it is to allow yourself some special time for yourself, we are worth it!

I LOVE cardio & how it makes me feel!

So far I have lost 6 pounds but have gained a TON of energy...I can play with muy kids longer & it's easier to get out of bed every morning, that is HUGE for me, and I look forward to it getting better & better in the coming months! I never feel intimidated by others when working out there, everyone is so nice & helpful :)

What makes me the happiest about my training at Stretch Fitness:

I love how welcoming it is at Stretch. I love the energy I get when I walk in the door and the more energy I have upon leaving, even when expending energy during my workouts the atmosphere and training gives more back. I love how Corey is present to his members and to his business, and the attention and heart that he puts into this creates a one-of-a-kind gym. I love the feeling of belonging, and that there is no intimidation factor at Stretch. I like the feeling that Stretch members portray the attitude that we are all in this together. I have jumped in on some group workouts with other Stretch Members and it's a great feeling to shared inspiration, training knowledge and technique, and to get that little extra push that sometimes we need, is a great option. It's a great feeling to have a fitness plan and to have fitness goals, knowing that they are within your reach at Stretch Fitness. I love how Stretch Fitness offers it's members education on working out. I love that work outs are posted throughout and there is always something new to challenge yourself with. It's great having Stretch owner and trainer, Corey, to take you to the next level, encouraging members along the way with his expertise, care and approachability. 

What makes me the happiest about being a Stretch Fitness Member?

When I leave I KNOW I'm coming back and that is a wonderful feeling for me to know that this isn't a phase,  Stretch Fitness is part of my Lifestyle and what I have experienced as a member  makes that decision for me. I can't wait to go for my next workout :) Stretch Fitness has finally got me saying and feeling this :)

What is one or two important benefits received by your training at Stretch Fitness, and what have you specifically gained from this training?

The 2 greastest things I have gained from my training at Stretch is the fact that every time I set foot in the gym I am building confidence and strength. The greatest transformation for me has been feeling more confident in myself and my ability to work out. The comfortable atmosphere at Stretch Fitness encourages me to try new things, to hop on the many state of the art pieces of equipment and learn how it works and what it does, getting me excited about the possibilities....they say to get different we have to do different, and with so many options at Stretch from free weights to machines to the numerous high end cardio equipment, resistance bands, exercise balls, kettle bells, you name it they got it, different can so easily be done, with great differences to be made in yourself. A great benefit has been how my thoughts have transformed about working out since May 2011 at Stretch, and as my thoughts have, physical transformations have followed suite. I used to think if I ate well and did tons of cardio I'd would be able to get in great shape and having done that for years of my life and not experiencing a great deal of changes happening, I was astounded at what weight training and balanced cardio workouts could do. Stretch Fitness put things in perspective for me by what I witnessed in myself. So what is the greatest benefit from my training thus far at Stretch??? I am my own witness from what Stretch Fitness has done for me...and what I so admired in others for so long I now admire in myself. Stretch Fitness makes me more of the person that I know I can be...it  STRETCHES ME INTO ME!

What makes me the happiest about my training at Stretch Fitness:

I LOVE Stretch Fitness, at first it was a Love/Hate rel'ship, now I miss it on days I'm not there. I Love how I can mix up my workouts, so I don't get bored, I can train with weights or do cardio, both or classes & DVD's whatever I'm in the mood for. Corey & Melissa always have your back whether it's motivation, support, or help showing you the proper way for a new exercise !! I've seen them work with people with injuries to modify the exercise to most benefit that person and help in their speed of recovery !

What makes me the happiest about being a Stretch Fitness Member?

I've gained strength, started toning, lost inches, and they helped me lose 50lbs , and my overall endurance is much stronger. I feel more lively, not dragging my butt around on a daily basis ! It's a great support system with the other members too, I've made great friends in the past 6 months, everyone wants to be there no one is making them go, they go because they see results !! It's a Great Confidence Booster and stress releiver as well as well !! Thanks Stretch Fitness !

Please explain specifically what you've gained from your experience here:

I have had numerous gym memberships at different facilities and I have attended many types of classes in the past. I joined Stretch Fitness two months ago on a one month membership to see where it would take me. I always loved going to classes; however, the times just didn't suit me with a young family. Gyms always intimidated me and I never felt that I accomplished anything because I spent the majority of my time trying to figure out how equipment worked with no offer of help; as soon as they got your money you were on your own. From the day I first walked through the doors of Stretch Fitness I felt very welcomed. Corey met with me for my introductory sessions, they were specifically tailored to me; with my likes/dislikes in mind. I have never felt the intimidation I felt in the past. Everyone is friendly and helpful in every way. Everyone gives each other that little "kick" to keep each other motivated. I have finally determined that it doesn’t matter if the scales moved or if that tape gets smaller each month. I feel better; am more toned and have more energy than I have had in a real long time. Thanks Stretch Fitness for making me feel good again!

One of the great benefits Ive gained by training at Stretch is the confidence I now have in myself and my ability to exercise. I have much more energy, Im healthier and I feel better about how I look and I always feel better after a great workout! I look forward to the hour I take for myself every day!

I feel 100% comfortable, Ive never joined a gym before as Ive always felt intimidated by them. But Stretch Fitness is awesome! It is very welcoming and user friendly. Corey is very helpful to everyone. He takes great pride in his facility and its members. You are treated with respect and it is an overall enjoyable experience.

I have been a member of Stretch Fitness for 3 months.

What makes me the happiest about my training at Stretch Fitness:

Previously I had been going to another facility and found that Corey offered a much friendlier atmosphere in which to workout. He seems to take his role seriously and shows a genuine interest in keeping everyone happy. I particularly like the "no contract" policy and the payment options that are offered. Although I choose to follow a fairly simple routine, as I am interested in general fitness and health, I know that Corey has experience in bodybuilding and would be available to help at any time and if I should choose to raise my fitness goals he would be qualified to advise. I look forward to using the new facility when it is constructed and I am sure that it will make for an even better fitness experience.

stretch fitness offers a friendly and informed staff to serve all its clients in fitness and nutrition and are happy to answer all questions of concern.

Since training at stretch fitness i have increased my strength and stamina, but most important to me is the overall benefit of how well i feel through the day and how well i sleep at night,no more restless nights with joint aches and pain.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and always eager to assist with a smile.

I love the attention to cleanliness the staff shows and enjoy the use of clean facilities. The fact that ownership is always looking to improve and takes into consideration my concerns and suggestions makes me truly feel as though I am a valued member.
